You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return, as long as your item is eligible and meets the return conditions.
 Return Eligibility
To keep things smooth, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unworn and unused
-
With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by an unboxing video
Start your return by logging into your account and heading to the Orders section and requesting for the return. Once approved, weâll take care of the pickupâno need to step out. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval wonât be accepted.

 Damages & Order Issues
Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Weâre so sorry! Please reach out immediately after delivery, so we can make it rightâquickly.
 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (like socks) cannot be returned. If youâre unsure about an item, just drop us a messageâweâll be happy to guide you.
 Exchanges
We currently donât support exchangesâbut you can always place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weâll keep you posted. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7â8 business days.
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may take a little extra time to reflect it on your statement.
